He wanted to change the stigma attached to recruitment agencies in the sector, by setting up a healthcare and social care staffing service and care provider that prioritises patients, service users, staff and quality of care.
We began with the supply of domiciliary care staff in to service user’s own homes, which quickly developed in to also caring for individuals with more complex needs. From there we started supporting care homes, hospitals and other services with their day-to-day staffing requirements.
Today Precedo Healthcare Services partners with over 100 public and private sector clients across England; supplying Registered Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers. We hold positions on exclusive supply contracts and regularly bring new clients on board.

Our History Founded in 2008, Precedo Healthcare Services began as a healthcare and social care staffing agency with a mission to raise industry standards. Our founder, having worked in the sector for many years, saw the need for a more ethical, professional, and people-focused approach to recruitment - one that valued staff, ensured quality, and offered fair pricing. Since then, we’ve become a trusted staffing partner to the NHS, local authorities, and care providers across the UK.
In 2010, we became registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and expanded our services to include direct care and support provision. We now deliver high-quality homecare, supported living, community outreach, and complex healthcare services, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs to live safely and independently.
